What you get

You end up owning it. All of it.

In your accounts, written down. You could stop tomorrow without losing a thing.

Something that runs

Live and connected to your stack. Not a diagram of it.

A system map

Every input, step, and decision on one page.

A recorded walkthrough

Me explaining the build. Your next hire watches it on day one.

Thirty days of support

While your team actually runs it.

How I work

Four things I will not compromise on.

01

I build in your accounts.

Your Clay, your CRM, your repo, your keys. Leaving never costs you the system.

02

Deterministic first, AI second.

If a rule can decide it, a rule decides it. Models only handle judgment. Fewer surprises, smaller bill.

03

Nothing gets built in the dark.

You see it working in stages and can kill any piece before it is wired to the next.

04

Shipped beats advised on.

Not fifty thousand emails nobody asked for. Tighter targeting, real personalisation, working software.

Fit

Let us save each other a call.

This is for you if

A SaaS founder past first customers, still prospecting yourself.
An agency of 5 to 20 where every lead arrives through your inbox.
You need an internal tool or an app that no off the shelf product covers.
You want to understand the system, not just be handed a login.

Probably not if

You have not sold to anyone yet. Automation will not tell you who your buyer is.
You want maximum volume at any cost, or someone else's domains to burn through.
You want an agency to own the pipeline permanently. I build and hand over.
You need it live next week. Good builds take two to four.

About

I am Ali. I write software and I like pipelines that work.

5+ yearsbuilding software for startups

$20M+raised by companies I have built for

Five years as a product engineer for funded startups across six countries. The product was usually fine; the pipeline ran on somebody's memory.

So now I build the pipeline instead. Most founders do not need an agency. They need the thing built properly once and explained.

One or two clients at a time, mostly async. I publish what I build, so you can see how I think before we talk.

Questions

Answers before the call.

What exactly do I get for the $500 block?+

Three two hour sessions across two weeks, six hours in total, spent building. Depending on what you need that might be a first working Clay table with enrichment running, a scoring step, or the first slice of an internal tool. Whatever we ship is yours, and it lives in your accounts from the start.

Do I have to start with the paid block?+

No, but most people do and I recommend it. It is the cheapest way for both of us to find out how we work together before committing to a full build. If you already know exactly what you want built, we can scope the full setup straight off the first call.

Do I need to buy the tools first?+

No. We decide the stack on the first call and I usually recommend less than you expect. Budget roughly $200 to $500 a month in tooling for a working outbound system, plus AI usage that is typically under $50.

Can you do both service lines for the same company?+

Often that is exactly what happens. The GTM system surfaces a gap that needs a small internal tool, or an app build needs a pipeline to fill it. They are separate lines because they solve separate problems, not because they cannot run together.

Who runs it after you hand it over?+

You, or whoever on your team owns growth. It is built to need about ten minutes a day of human attention. If you would rather I stay on call there is a monthly option, but it is not a requirement and I will not push it.

Will AI written emails sound like AI?+

They do if you let the model write the whole thing. I use it narrowly, for one researched line that proves you looked, inside copy you approved, with a review queue before anything sends. The voice stays yours.

Do you guarantee meetings?+

No, and I would be careful with anyone who does. I guarantee the system: it runs, it is documented, and you own it. Reply rates depend on your offer and your market, which we will talk about honestly before you sign anything.
